The report said Turner overheard Dolphins guard Richie Incognito and others make homophobic insults toward "Player A," later named as Andrew McDonald. Turner denied this claim.

Wells not only did not find Turner credible, the coach participated in the taunting on at least on one occasion. As a Christmas gift, Turner gave female blow-up dolls to all of the offensive linemen except for "Player A," to whom he gave a male blow-up doll.

O'Neill failed to act and even laughed after being a firsthand witness to harassment of Martin and an assistant trainer, who was born in Japan.

I forgot to add my comments:

Not very bright, and a clear case of harassment.

He probably didn't even have to buy the dolls. Already had them all in stock in his house. The fins are the only way Bills fans get to feel ok about themselves.

Well, don't forget about the Jets.

They are good for some laughs as well.

The amount of times Tanneybooboo was assplanted would have dictated the OLine coach being gone. No?

"Oh we are definitely going to pass the Dolphins in the standings this year (even though we said that last year)."

We sweeped the Dolphins this year...beat them twice with Thad Lewis at quarterback, a guy from the practice squad who wasn't even a Bill until a couple of weeks before opening weekend. The Bills shut the Dolphins out in Buffalo, totally dominated and embarrassed them, really.

We started THREE quarterbacks this year, none of which really had any NFL experience...two rookies (one undrafted), and another undrafted guy that started ONE game before, but mostly bounced around practice squads for a bit. We also played games with our ENTIRE secondary out. Only two of our wide-receivers had ever caught a pass in the NFL at the beginning of the year, and one of them was TJ Graham. Our best offense player (IMO) was banged up all year.

The Dolphins had their problems too, but they really have nothing on the Bills. Neither do the Jets, for that matter. The Dolphins get the same bad luck in one game instead of the Bills, and the two teams have the same record.

I am just tired of losing.

Same old. Same old.

I want regime change.

Let's get new ownership and clean house.
