As of now 4 - Their pick each year, the Blues in 2015 and the Islanders in one of the years

Murray later explained that the pick in 2016 could turn into a first-round pick in this year's draft if the Blues reach the Western Conference finals or Miller re-signs with St. Louis before the draft.

Actually I heard it would be 11 picks in the first two rounds. They have so many 2nd round picks it is insane

I hope that at some point they move some of the picks for players

Let's see how the scouting people are. If they are pretty good, we could be getting much better players in the draft than could be had with trading the pick.
