    Eric Ebron

Would this scare you away from drafting him 9th over all?

Would he run to the Giants once his contract was up? If he's as good as people say, He could have his pick of the litter once he's a free agent..

    Something to ponder..

Jorgensen asked Ebron if there was any team he would especially like to play for in pro football and the 20-year old gave a surprisingly honest answer, detailing exactly who it is his dream is to play for.

"To be honest, I’ll be happy when any team grabs me. But, having been a fan of them since I was young, it would be an honor to play for the New York Giants," Ebron said.

You know what scares me about drafting him at 9?

    He's a TE.

More than that is the fact that through all the coaching staffs over the past 15 years, the Bills don't utilize the TE in the passing game very much. Not like when Metzelaars was here.

Metz was a sixth lineman, basically, and I think people over-emphasize how much he was used in the passing game. Only 3 times in his Buffalo stint did he catch more than 34 balls, and his least productive seasons receiving are from the SB years. Granted, we had a McKeller (34 and 44 catches) and Rolle (very few receptions, but most were TD's). Chandler has been utilized more over the last three seasons as a receiver than either one of them over a similar span of time.

Please just resign Chandler or sign Petrigrew and stop with this Ebron nonsense.

He won't last to the Pats. And Wilfork was a Bills fan and the Pats drafted him, and he stayed.

Well, I said no draft expert mocked Ebron in the top 10.

I was WRONG. A few mocked him to the Bills.

Here is my question..........Has any draft expert mocked Ebron in the top 10 to any team besides the Bills?

Or how about the top 15? If the Bills don't take him at #9, how far does he fall?

As long as he doesn't go to the Pats* they are the team that would make best use of his talents.

Doesn't really matter. They're going to take a major tumble this year.

That's why I posted this, Plus the Bills are dumb enough to draft a TE at #9..
