Per Adam Caplan Corey Graham signed with Buffalo for 4 years 16 million.

Not to bad he is 6'0 ran a 4.42 and is 28.

Better than Carroll

Not a bad 3rd-4th corner at all. Comfortable starting if one of our guys goes down. Nice signing.

Nice. I wanted this kid a couple of years ago.

Better player than Carroll, nice nickel corner move. Plus hometown kid which always plays well to a fanbase.

Oh i agree but Carroll would be better depth than a late round rookie at this point.

Also might not be a bad idea to load up on CBs since we lost Bryd, make sure we can find that 4th and 5th cover guy. Gilmore, McKelvin, Aaron Williams, Robey I believe proved they can cover and play well no depth behind them that has proved anything.

Legit vet signing that makes rooks or UDFA's have to earn a spot. Brooks may be gone now and Robey has to fight it out.

PFF has him above Aqib Talib and DRC.

Polian has him as a C:

Graham appeared in every game in 2013 and got five starts. He showed quite well for himself when given the chance. He is an aggressive overall corner with good size.

This guy was born in Buffalo, so that's nice.

Ravens fans liked him as a nickel and were pleasantly surprised how well he played as a starter. 3rd CB is really a starter, so the money seems fair.

Good signing.

Interesting read from Baltimore paper.... however the breakdown from PFF makes you wonder why they didn't go after Captain Munnerlyn instead or DRC both are way better and younger. Will be interesting to see what Captain signs for.

So we have now paid 4 mil to Graham and 3.5 per to Williams.... when we sign our third FA starter (depth player for other teams) will those 3 equate to more wins than having Byrd?

X-Era

Solid ST'er too.

Deal now says 5.5 mill in 2014. What's not clear yet is if that is the cap hit.

But if so, between Williams, Carpenter, and Graham we have spent around Byrd's money (9 mill).

From here on it's new spending.

Gimme a RT and LB and I'm happy.

It would be foolish to miss signing a FA LB or WR.

Hell, gimme Spikes now and I'm happy.

So 2.475 for Carpenter, 3.25 for Williams, and 4 for Graham. Graham could go to 20 mill so 5 for next year and there is comments that it's 5.5 next year.

We had 26 after Kolb and now have 16.275 left.

Need 6 for rookies about.

About 8-10 more we can spend. Enough for Spikes for sure. Maybe even for a guy like Oher too.

Spikes and Pettigrew please.I'm with you on Pettigrew but I wonder if they won't go look in the draft. I'd love Ebron or Seferian-Jenkins.

I may be in the minority, but I'd like to get Nicks signed with us. With his injury history he should not command very much but I still think he has a lot of upside. If we could add all three players I'd be very happy, even with losing Byrd.

time for help at the LB position we can't go into the draft with what we've got... we really need an upgrade at the position

Comment from Twitter:

"Lets NOT forget about Corey Graham's amazing playoffs in 2012. He had a pick 6 on Manning, and started all 4 games. Not just a STs player."

TEs take awhile to develop. No thank you.

I want a starter who's strength is run blocking. Reggie Bush had a career year. The strength of this team is CJ and FJax.

The two Brandon's make this team better on both sides of the ball.

Good player, nice work covering slot guys and a good ST'er to boot. Must not have liked Robey as much as the fans, because for that money he will be the 3rd CB.

I think this is a decent signing. At the very least it is interesting how the secondary is now relatively experienced versus the very youthful contingent that the Bills began with last season.
