2015 Draft..NHL GMs wanna screw up Sabres plans

I bet the chances the last place team gets the 1st overall pick is closer to 15% instead of 25%.. And Friedman is suggesting the last place team could possibly pick as low as 6th... Aren't most of us confident the Sabres will finsh last next year? Which under the current system would mean the Sabres at worst would pick 2nd...

So at the GMs meeting nobody wanted to use the word "tanking" but these so called potential changes might be put in place to discourage teams from trying to tank next season..Are there any other teams who look like they are trying to "tank" for next season? Because if there are any they're not trying hard as the Sabres
