I'm for it. Definitely a worth while gamble. If he sucks, he sucks. But he has the potential and the size to be great if he gets his head together. He will be cheap and has a high ceiling.

I'm impressed with the bills. Bout damn time they realized they aren't in the position to pass on talent to get nothing but mediocre 'good character', 'high motor' scrubs.

Re: Bills interested in Kenny Britt?

Probably pumping Britt up, I know NE was kicking the tires or rather that's what was reported. Then they signed Edelman and LaFell. How much of that Britt to NE rumor was Billy boy floating it out there with all his Rutgers ties just to get the other two to ink a deal a bit quicker?

Super talented guy, but I don't think he gives 2 ****s about playing the game. Worth the risk on a prove it deal, not much to lose honestly.

Low risk, high reward. I'd give him a two year deal and hope he lives up to his measurables.

On April 12, 2011 Britt was arrested in New Jersey on three counts (including a felony) following an alleged car chase with police. The charges were later reduced.[8] On June 7, Britt pled guilty to careless driving and was fined.[9] On June 8, 2012, Britt was arrested in Hoboken, NJ, charged with resisting arrest.[10] On January 13, 2013, Britt's close personal friend was involved in a stabbing and Britt reportedly drove him to the Jersey City Medical Center. When police attempted to ask Britt about the incident, he was allegedly not willing to cooperate. The incident marks the ninth time Britt was involved with police since he joined the NFL.

                They absolutely should be.

On a one year prove it contract he has big play ability when motivated.

I dont see a problem with bringing him to camp

We did so with a ****ty player like D.Rogers so might as well do it with a player that has at least shown something on the NFL roster

I mentioned in a previous thread that this is something the team should do. he's got size and talent. 1 year deal with upside in $... We should do it without question.

I'll echo many of the statements here. No risk in an incentive laden contract on a short leash.

Wait, we got rid of Lynch because of his off field issues and now were interested in another problematic player?

If we bring him in that get rid of all the canadians in buffalo.

                            Lol

This is why homers are homers. Lynch gets arrested and he is justifiably off of the team but than the same fans justifiable want Britt who is both worst as a player and as a human being....

                            And it gets even better...

If he does have a dynamite season he will want dynamite money and you can take that bet to the bank. So if at any point you were a homer who justified giving away Lynch for a 4th or not resigning a 'greedy' Peters or an 'overvalued' Byrd than you have no business cheering for this move. Britt is all of those things, except a great player.
