Buffalo has always had some skilled goalies, the guy was stupendous.
Sullivan is a crap writer to do the article though, I don't think anyone is stupid enough to not comprehend the issues of being a Buffalo sports fan anymore to need him to just keep reminding us of them. I don't really understand either why Sullivan doesn't realize this by now either if he's going to pretend to be a sportswriter, because other cities at least have half a clue about how to write a tribute article that makes you feel good a few minutes without feeling soiled paragraph by paragraph. I don't really see the harm in celebrating better moments for the sake of them.
I understand Sullivan thinks it is his sportswriting purpose to be a critic, but sometimes the News needs to make him get out of the way of the story.
Anyway, I'm glad Hasek is pleased here, he was awesome to see, fierce, totally outgunned and very Buffalo always.
