Dennis Johnson is listed as the Houston Texans starting running back.
He is 5'7 193 lbs, ran for 183 yards in 8 games played and scored 0 touchdowns in 2013.
Houston desperately needs a running back.
The Texans also need a quarterback too, and drafting Texas A&M's Johnny Manziel in the first round would please a lot of Texans fans.
But what if Houston isn't sold on Manziel and think Aaron Murray is the better long term prospect instead?
If the Bills swapped first round picks, gave Houston CJ Spiller, and traded a 2nd round draft pick in 2015 to move up I'd be all in on that.
I wouldn't give up any 1st round picks if the Bills trade Spiller; he is the first round pick.
Contrary to what most people are thinking, I think the Bills really want Jadeveon Clowney, not Johnny Manziel.
Clowney is the best defensive end coming out of college since Bruce Smith.
Draft JC first, a big wide receiver in the 2nd, a tackle in the third, and 2 guards in the 4th and 5th rounds.
I think EJ Manuel in his sophomore year will be a better quarterback than Johnny football in his rookie season.
EJ Manuel was 4-5 last year as a starter. He was two fumbles from Johnson and Chandler away in Toronto from being 5-4 as a rookie. That game against the Falcons was his first game back after his mistake by the lake in Cleveland.
5-4 for a rookie quarterback is pretty damn good, especially given the fact that he did not step in to an established offense, he stepped into an entirely new system with a new coach, new OC, and he was coming off of an injury to his knee in the preseason.
Troy Aikman won 1 game his rookie season. I think the Bills are better at QB than we give EJ Manuel credit for.
Seattle's defense was dominant last year, Wilson didn't win the Super Bowl with his arm.
The New York Giants defeated the Patriots twice in the Super Bowl with...defense.
The Pittsburgh Steelers won 2 Super Bowls in the last decade with...defense.
The Baltimore Ravens wons 2 Super Bowls with....D#
Trade CJ to the Texans, swap 1st round picks, and give up a #2 in 2015 for the #1 pick this year?
What say you?
