Mercifully it's about to end. One of the epic worst seasons ever.

But your thanks are fully misguided.

Thank you Terry Pegula for this garbage.

He's 100% all about the blame for this mess.

If Pegula buys the Bills, we might miss the playoffs for several decades in a row.

The anger towards Darcy regarding Ville Leino is definitely misplaced.. Pegulas feelings were hurt when Brad Richards didn't want his money never considered signing with the Sabres and wouldn't even meet face to face with him or the Sabres brass.. So Pegula was one way or the other determined to spend his cash and signed Leino.. When Suter and Parise never signed with Buffalo after it was rumoured Pegula offered the same cash that Minnesota did Pegula probably realized his cash didn't guarantee any FAs would come to Buffalo.

He's responsible but not 100%. Golisano and Darcy had us going down this path long before Pegula. Pegula is only responsible for buying their bull**** and not changing directions.
