All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

Hard for me to think that an OL doesn't fit the bill. I like Jake Matthews from Texas A&M - doing duty for Manziel who jived and danced all over the backfield.
OL is definitely the most sensible pick especially now that the Bills signed Mike Williams. It's definitely not a sexy pick. Question is, will the bills use the so called deep OL draft .
Without one, you're nothing. Here's to another year of nothing!
Now that Ralph is gone and a new owner coming in, maybe Marrone doesn't have the luxury or time to see if EJ will pan out. ONly way I see the bills drafting a QB early is if Whaley didn't want EJ and Nix forced him to
Marrone better make sure he can win with a running game and a dominant D .

Yes indeed. Problem is, what club wouldn't have the same idea?

To me OT is a very sexy pick...
The top 2 or 3 would be top 5 picks last year.... We will be set at Tackle for a very long time...
Most logical sexy pick IMO

Which round did we draft our last OT ? Is this draft deeper ?
The Bills would love for Mike Evans to fall to them at No. 9; despite the addition of Mike Williams, Buffalo needs help at receiver, as Stevie Johnson won't be on the team much longer. Fortunately for the Bills, this also looks to be a strong receiver class, led by Amari Cooper.
Depends. Tackle if top two tackles available (Matthews being one), if not TE if best available (Ebron), if not get a hitter (Mack or Moseley if available) or DB (Pryor or Ha-Ha if available).
Imho, taking a QB though would be like shooting ourselves in the groin with a shotgun.

Lot of teams had one and didn't make the playoffs. Need a team around one. Have a good team you have one. Seattle is dominant and Wilson just a piece, etc. Indy has Luck and woo.
I want the Bills to draft Ebron but if Jake Matthews is available to draft I would rather have him. He can play both left tackle and right tackle and would be a great pick IMO. If somehow Manziel fell to 9 I would pray the Bills could trade down and get another second rd pick.

If the Bills are bad enough to draft 4th next year as Walters suggests, which oddly enough they're pretty good on their predictions, they better be drafting a QB as EJ Manuel is not the answer. Drafting some WR would be asinine.
