I swear to God if we don't trip over ourselves sprinting up with that pick on the card, we're utterly doomed to be forever losers.

I doubt the real draft will playout this way but if he's there then there's no reason it shouldn't be Jake Matthews, OT.

There will be people literally jumping off bridges if we draft another secondary guy in round 1. If Lewan is there, you have to take him.

It would be a surprise at #9 - but I see a fair amount of Louisville on tv because of where I live. He covers, hits, and has a fine nose for where the action is. I can't see them passing on an OL, but with a trade down, he's in the running IMO.

who's the best RB available?

:D

Heard an interview with a reporter who has covered Ebron the last couple years and I didn't come away impressed.

If Ebron was in the same class as Vernon Davis. He's not close. Plus the Bills suck far too much to even consider using a 1st round pick on a TE.

Ugh, another wasted draft for the Bills if it falls this way.

They sure are good at winning enough meaningless games to screw up their draft position.

Leave it to me to complicate things. Is who I really think they SHOULD pick or who I think they WILL pick.

Who I really think they should pick, Carr. You can't win in today's NFL without a QB. And I don't think they have one.
Who I realistically think they should pick , Matthews. Build the line up, run the ball and play good defense and you have a chance of covering up the lack of a passing offense.
Who I think they will pick, Ebron. Let's get a target as big as a barn and hope our QB can hit it. That way it might not make them look so bad for forcing the EJ pick last year.
Who I wouldn't be surprised at, Gilbert. I'm almost half expecting it.

Matthews. Although I wouldn't be surprised to see a trade down, snag a TE or DT, and try to get an OT in round 2. If they go corner, I'm going ballistic.

Would rather not. I'd like to see AW moved to FS, let Searcy and one of the youngsters battle for SS, or grab a safety later in the draft like Bailey or Boston. If they don't plan on at least seeing what Duke W. or Meeks can do in the backfield, they never should have drafted them to begin with.
