George Foster doesn't think much about the millions he soon will make as a first-round NFL draft pick; only occasionally - like when his stomach begins to growl.
Because until Foster signs on the dotted line with the Denver Broncos, the former University of Georgia offensive tackle is like many kids just leaving college: cash poor.
Foster, in fact, recently went an entire day having eaten only one meal. That's fine if you're a supermodel, but not when you're a burly, 6-foot-5, 338 pounds.
One of the reasons Foster skipped his meals, to be fair, is that the fast-food landscape doesn't exactly fit his palate. His mom soon will arrive in town to rectify that, cooking many of the soul-food favorites on which her son grew to his current, mammoth size.
The other reason is strictly financial.
