Green Bay - Green Bay Packers President Bob Harlan said Tuesday that he would discuss with team officials the possibility of a ticket-exchange program for fans.

Harlan made the comment in a meeting with reporters after the team's annual shareholder meeting, held this year at the Resch Center across the street from Lambeau Field. A total of 3,187 shareholders attended the meeting, an annual ritual for those who hold stock in the franchise.

At the shareholder meeting, a Packers fan had raised the possibility that a ticket-exchange program could be set up. Under such an exchange, unused tickets to games at Lambeau Field are resold by season-ticket holders to others willing to pay.

Harlan said he went to Mark Wagner, the team's ticket manager, and asked him about the program.

"I said to him, 'Let's talk about that some time,' " he said.

Harlan said he needed to know more about how a program would work before the franchise would consider such a move.
