where did watkins grow up? based on his age, the bills have sucked almost his entire life. it takes a lot to become a bills fan if you didn't grow up in the WNY region.

i'm ready for this kid to excel. seems likeable. the footage i've seen (like the rest of you) has been pretty impressive.
