BUFFALO, N.Y. - The Buffalo Bills announced Morgan Stanley has been retained to serve as the financial adviser and Proskauer Rose will serve as legal adviser during the sale of the franchise. The Bills say the transaction team will begin contacting prospective buyers within the next 30 days.
