The way you get people to stay committed is having them commit to spend a fortune on a stadium.

I think maybe you and your ten schizoid personalities should be committed.

Yeah, all ten agree that huge monies committed are additional grounding tools for the team. These business events are very confusing unless you deal with them everyday like I do, then it becomes more familiar as to expectations & the ability to perform. I do deals all the time with windows of opportunity for people to perform, the shorter the window with maximum additional monies being committed create a reality of it closing.

Nothing definite here but certainly steps in the right direction.

lacks critical specificity

"At the very least, the Bills are in Buffalo for the next six seasons. After that, no one really knows the specifics of how everything will play out, but the signs are encouraging for those that want the team to stay put."

Everyone knows this, the team is basically stuck here til 2020 and then after that it's anyone's guess.

No one admits to liking Bon Jovi. But, go to any bar with a majority white clientele at a little after midnight on a Friday and put Livin On a Prayer on the Internet juke box, and I guarantee the place will go ape ****.

My friend used to yell for all the obnoxious women to shut the **** up as loudly as he could every time it would come on in college. He would try to ruin the song and the moment as best he could.

He was a quite a swell dude.

Where's your compassion, Big Guy?
