Chances are even better than. I'd bet 500 zonebucks they are at the PO. I worked for the PO for 9 years and Bills ticks always came certified so you had to sign for them. A lot of carriers are to lazy to leave a notice if no one is home. And they don't bring out the second notice for 5-7 days.Comment

Have you tried going to the window and asking them to check if there is a certified from the Bills for you? They may have forgotten to stick the notice in there that there was something for you at the window. IF you've tried that then I'm at a loss.............probably some postal worker stole them ;-)Comment
