I'd call and get a tracking #. Chances are they are sitting in the Fed Ex office waiting for you to pick them up.

Chances are even better than. I'd bet 500 zonebucks they are at the PO. I worked for the PO for 9 years and Bills ticks always came certified so you had to sign for them. A lot of carriers are to lazy to leave a notice if no one is home. And they don't bring out the second notice for 5-7 days.

Have you tried going to the window and asking them to check if there is a certified from the Bills for you? They may have forgotten to stick the notice in there that there was something for you at the window. IF you've tried that then I'm at a loss.............probably some postal worker stole them ;-)

I'm still waiting, too. So I called the Bills, who told me the process of sending out the tickets started on the 9th and would continue for several days. They're being sent Fed Ex.

Got mine two weeks ago. The FedEx guy told me the entire NFL switched to FedEx this year.

I'm waiting for a call back from the Bills. Nobody seems to know jacksh-t there. I've only had 4 tix for 8 years, the last 5 sideline club level. I've also renewed my contract. Given the complete run around I've been getting, I'm sorry I did.

Now they tell me Fed Ex returned them, even though our address is correct and Fed Ex has made plenty of other deliveries here. I'm really beginning to wonder.

Finally, the Fed Ex guy brought the tix - on July 28th. The accompanying letter was dated July 7th. It said the media guide would be mailed later. I'll expect it about January 1st.
