...a statement about his return to the team.

"After dealing with a personal matter in Alabama, I am excited to return to training camp to rejoin my teammates in our preparations for the 2014 season.

Right now, my focus is on earning the trust of my teammates, coaches and the fans while continuing to improve as a football player. I have a passion for this game and I want to be here to help this organization achieve its goals. There are things I need to work on professionally and personally to make sure I can be accountable to myself, my family, this team and this community.

My focus will remain on achieving that goal one day at a time. I want to thank the Bills organization, coach Marrone and the coaching staff, my teammates and our fans for their continued support."

Good for him. This title was better than "Remembering Naaman Roosevelt" FYI.

Bad title or not, I am getting really tired of the Dareus daily drama.

This kid either figures it out or get him out of here.

Bruce Smith was fat and out of shape as a rookie, but grew into a hof career.

I am getting a bit tired of everything related to this kid being negative, and all self induced.

Grow up or move on.

It is NOT about the story.

It is about your MISLEADING title which has nothing to do with the story.

MODS should change the title.

There was nothing negative about the news today.

All is good except for the STUPID title of this thread.

I'm not going to click on one of Ed's posts for ten minutes. That will teach him. :cynic:

Ya. All is good.

He actually showed up and got on a bike.

His teammates are on the field, but he isn't "quite ready."

Great day for this kid.
Very impressive.

Maybe tomorrow, or the next day, he can get to a position where he is judged to be capable of actually doing what he is paid millions to do.

I am as hopeful as anyone, but this kid is looking like a bad investment.

You should make it a half hour if you really want to teach Ed a lesson.

You were misinformed, Dareus was in court yesterday getting his legal problems taken care of.

And NO he will NOT be suspended.

how can you say that. after having a decent 10 games where it looked like he was getting it, he got benched, then suspended, then had his drug arrest, then the car accident. this is 6-8 months.

he was playing well and seeming to fit in, but he wasn't being a superstar. when branch was in, it wasn't much different.

this PR puff piece does not change the fact that he's had a brutal 6-8 months and he's given us nothing but lip service on that it will be better. i'll believe it when we see consistent play and we see this drama come to a stop.

Yes, my intention was to have a little fun with a thread title as it relates to a relevant Bills story. Shame on me.
