(July 16, 2003) — With a week to go before the start of Buffalo Bills training camp at St. John Fisher College, the agent for first-round pick Willis McGahee is optimistic his client won’t be a holdout.
But he isn’t promising anything.
“I hope he’ll be in camp on time,” Drew Rosenhaus said Tuesday. “We’re going to get started here (with serious talks). We haven’t started them yet.”
McGahee is recovering from major surgery after a devastating tackle tore three ligaments in his left knee during Miami’s upset loss to Ohio State at the Fiesta Bowl in January. McGahee is not expected to play until late in the season, if at all, but the Bills do want him in camp on time to help his learning curve.

Come on Donahoe, get a deal done! With him not being 100% you'd think he should be there at every possible training session.
Hopefully we get him signed by camp, as well as the rest of the picks!
