That's a big part of winning teams.

Steve Tasker was on a couple radio shows last week, stating how the Bills teams he was on during the 80' and 90's had talent but 2 stood out as true leaders. Kent Hull on O and Darryl Talley on D. They were a little bit older and led by example. Said they were "militant" in their attitude towards work. In early every day and leaving late. Practiced hard. Said they had no problem getting in anyones face and no one dared talk back to them, since they outworked everyone.

Yes, you need the surrounding talent and this roster looks lots better than recent rosters. Now it's time to find the leaders. On O, Eric Wood & Fred ? On D, Kyle Williams..maybe Spikes ? They shouldn't take *****t from anyone with their efforts in practice and games...can they be the guys ? Any other players you may think can be those key locker room guys ?

You need them to take the next step towards contending.

I think culture plays a roll as well.

A team that has not won in 14 years needs to bring in new players that come from winning programs.

Players that are used to winning & like winning & will not settle with losing.

If you look at the drafts since Nix was hired, that is what they have done.

Oh, & Spikes is a LEADER on that defense he is already ID'd.
