Bad news - you hate to lose a player who went through camp and ps games before the cut-down. Messes with the choices.

Especially since none of us had ever heard of him before now as another Pittsburgh transfer after four years of "contributing to the Steelers' success" as an insignificant backup.

I'm sure that Whaley, Mr. Pittsburgh, had high hopes though.
