    Bills First and Second Rounders --

    I thought it was interesting that if you look at the Bills first and second round picks in recent history -- most of them can't stay on the field for us or have some other problem that makes them unproductive

    EJ -- Missed 7 games

    Kiko -- out for season

    Spiller -- Missed many games over last 3 seasons

    Watkins -- missed most of preseason

    Gilmore -- missed almost a full season in total

    McKelvin -- Pretty sure he's missed some significant time and is coming off surgery now

    Aaron Williams -- Missed significant time in rookie year and some last year

    Dareus -- missed some games due to injury and now has legal troubles

    Cordy Glenn -- Just coming back from illness -- not sure if he missed games previously also

    Eric Wood -- Two big injuries

    Roscoe Parrish - I remember him breaking his wrist his rookie year or sophomore year

    James Hardy -- Missed time I believe?

    Aaron Maybin -- Just bad -- don't remember injuries



    Any others?

    Aaron Maybin's football career is an injury in itself.

      2nd rounder Andy Levitre ... started and played in 64 straight games for the Bills ....but the ‘apologized’ will tell you “he wasn’t worth the money” … so we got to suffer through turnstiles like Colin Brown, Doug Legursky, Chris Williams, et al ., because they’re a cheaper

          Many? How many.

          Not many. Three. Over four seasons.

          Sure he disappeared for stretches. Maybe that's what you're thinking of.

          As for the rest, aside from the obvious flops, these guys are playing steadily. Injuries happen.
          Lehner's history. He just doesn't know it yet.

            Exactly. This year, there's a good chance it will be Byrd:Searcy, Williams, et al.

            This team sucks. That doesn't make me any less of a fan, BTW. If it did, I sure as heck wouldn't be here.
