All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
Anticipation has a way of erasing my doubts and reminding me of the times we stunned the NFL world by winning games where nobody said we had a prayer.
All I've been thinking about this morning is Week 4, 1998.
The 0-3 Bills faced the 3-0 Niners, who looked un-****ing-stoppable.
RJ nailed a 50 yard bomb to E-Mo on the first play of the game. I thought, we can do this. And we did. We rolled to a commanding 23-0 lead by the end of the 3rd Q.
Final score 26-21.
The front page headline the next day was "BILLS STUN NINERS"
Come on Bills, I made this crudely rendered MS Paint masterpiece in your honor. Don't make me look like a liar. WE DO ****ING RULE AND TODAY THE BEARS WILL LEARN THAT FACT THE HARD WAY.
