So the Dolphins become the first team since 2003 to beat New England in a season-opener. And for the first time since Week 3 of the 2012 season, the Patriots will end a weekend without at least a share of the AFC East lead.

those two stats are disgusting

The Cowboys are the most talked about bad-to-mediocre team I can remember..

And elsewhere around the league..the Steelers provided their own entertainment.

After sweeping them last year, the Fins are going to be looking for redemption too. Big test next week, but it's exciting. Bills/Dolphins games have rarely meant anything in recent years.

Dolphins will be super motivated to get back at us for the sweep. EJ will have to play mistake free and the defense will have their hands full with Moreno.

Watching the highlights shows on NBC & NFL Network last night, a very curt mention of the Bills win.

Rat Bastard, Rodney Harrison: "Somebody tackle that man." as Fred runs towards the End Zone.

Then, "let's show the Cowboys-49ers game for those that missed it." (for about the 10th time.)

Nobody picked Buffalo therefore, after the win, no one covers it. The usual treatment. And the Cowboys are going nowhere this season despite their yearly hype.

Having lived the early 90s in WNY, I remember when these games meant everything, and the Bills usually came out on top.

Don't think we're quite all the way back yet (this rivalry) but it should be a good time, and I can't wait to be there for it! I've been saying for years now that when I go to RWS for Dolphin games, that same Bills passion I grew up dealing with just wasn't there. I expect Sunday to be a battle, with a sold out crowd. Last few times I've been there, it's been quite empty (couldn't make it to the TNF game in '12, which I'm sure was rocking).

Dude, we smoked the Pats, and NBC shows interviews with Brady and the Devil. Talk about disrespect.

To get it, our teams need to earn it on the field over the long haul. Until then, it's Pats all the time in regards to AFC East.
