    Special teams deserves credit

Between punts and kickoffs, nothing was easy for the Bears thanks to our ST players. The Bears didn't get any extra yards and were pinned in several times, what a great job the whole unit did. Great punting and coverage just makes me happy, keep up the great work guys !!

    Concur!

Schmidt was great. 44 yd avg on five punts with four inside the 20. Carpenter was perfect: 3/3 (50,33,27), 2/2 PAT.

And I just noticed he's not doing kickoffs. Jordan Gay had five of six kickoffs unreturned and the coverage unit stopped the Bears at their own 13 on the one they brought out.

Spiller had a nice KR to the 29 which started the Bills first TD drive.

And McLovin had a decent PR for 14 yards though the Bills squandered it.

The Bears had two PRs for a total of -1 yards.

The one blemish was Fred's bobble which came right back up to him.
Lehner's history. He just doesn't know it yet.

Let's not forget Marcus Easley. That dude is a special teams beast. I love how he manhandled his blocker right into the punt returner.
