I'm glad you enjoyed yourself, Typical. Did you take anyone?:holdhand:

I haven't seen any of the Terminator movies. I don't really like those sci-fi movies.

I watched T3 last night myself, although I fell asleep while watching it, it was amazing. I'll watch the rest of it when I get back from camping.

Arnie is Awesome!!!!!

I saw and was a bit disappointed. I thought it was a bit too over-done. Not nearly as good as the original or T2, IMO.

right on! i thought it was a bit overdone too and another thing i noticed in this one was there were some funny scenes in it, T1 and T2 didn't.... but i liked the fact that they didn't mess up all the sequels by releasing one thats bad, obviously they didn't. I thought it was very good but not great.... T2 was the best by far IMO

The only sci-fi movie I'm really looking forward to seeing is the one based on the Area 51 series by Robert Doherty. There's a project in the works but God only knows when it'll see the big screen.

Jaded, I highly recommend the first Terminator. There is a great storyline to it, a "love" storyline. It is a great movie with a great plot. The special effects are no where near as impressive and T-2(they look shoddy in comparison) but the storyline in T-1 is better imho.

Arnold Swartzenegger born: 30 July 1947

I still prefer the original Terminator over the second.

Thanks for the recommendation, Aimee. I guess I could rent it. I think T-2 was on TV the other night, but I didn't watch it. I'll check out the first one and let you know what I think.

I still haven't seen the third one, but I do like both the original and T2. Both are well done movies. T2 is up there with Aliens (another James Cameron film) and The Godfather, Part II as the best sequels ever made.

Me too Gunz. I also preferred Ahhhnold as the bad guy. He scared the hell out of me in that movie. I also had the biggest crush on Michael Biehn(though I noticed he has not aged well). You do have to laugh when you watch the movie now and see how awful the effects were, but the storyline is great and so is the movie.

You should check it out, it feels like more of a thriller than sci-fi, but like I said, there is a great, passionate love story mixed in there as well.

T-2 is good and all, but does not imho come close to T-1. T-2 is all special effects(and they are good) but the storyline is not as interesting imho.
