    Roger Goodell Really Needs To Hold A Press Conference Tomorrow

    To announce the, 'permanent suspensions,' of Adrian Peterson an Ray Rice.

    Acts of abuse and violence towards women and children will be met with the harshest response by default from now on.

    He needs to take a stand for the brand, set the example for every player in the league and make headlines before Sunday.

    When the NFL gets two lemons, they're going to make lemonade.

    Goodell should admit the mistake, apologize for what has happened, and then lay down the law.

    Lifetime suspensions. There are no second chances in the NFL when it comes to domestic abuse towards women and children.

            The commish has his own monster problems at present.

            Right now, I wouldn't believe him if he stated he had a nose on his face.

              Yes, let's do even more to take the focus off the actual football and the 98% of those those who play the game who are not abusers and make all of this about the 2% who are.

              Press conference on Sunday? Brilliant!

              Because everybody wants to hear more condescending lectures from sportscasters and fake mea culpas from executives and nobody wants to watch actual NFL games.

              Good Lord, how did we get here?

              How about maybe having Goodell just do his job, suspend the bad guys and STFU?

                I was banned for calling Yardie a coward, by DB, in a tread about women’s issues happening right now in America. Nothing better than republican men silencing women’s voices, especially in the Buffalo Spin zone!!

                          Thank you. Football is an escape from the day-to-day bull****. I will watch tons of games this weekend and enjoy all of them. Definitely not gonna let a few abusive losers take that from me.

                            Well, Brainless, since you asked, there were 14 arrests of NFL players for domestic violence over the past two years.

                            15 NFL players arrested for violence against women in last two years

                            From Jan. 1, 2012 to Sept. 17, 2014, 33 active NFL players were arrested on charges involving domestic violence, battery, assault and murder.


                            Not even accounting for turnover, which is significant (but I'll keep this simple for you, because you're not very bright), there were 1696 players on NFL rosters last season.

                            The percentage comes out to .008254 (maybe you just don't know what the word "rampant" means. Here's a clue--it doesn't mean what you think it does).

                            So 98% is actually a generous estimate. Very generous. Like some of your best customers at there Bikini Rub & Tug.
