I was hoping he can play. Indoor, fast turf, lots of run play so some play action for a bomb and he's still the fastest guy on this team. Don't think EJ and Watkins has the timing for long pass play down yet, but he connected to Goodwin before.

And **** the refs for not flagging SD for a hit on a defenseless receiver. This is exactly the type of thing that the rule is designed to prevent. Don't be surprised if it gets called against us 3 or 4 times this year, but when we are on the receiving end.... -

goodwin was hurt in practice according to the bills on wednesday and not a result for the sky high ball that seemingly got him killed.

Not illegal but poor form. He tried and was successful in injuring a player. Yes, he plays for BUF, but he is a dirty player, no different from the oft-attacked Vince Wilfork here.
