I actually think Marrone and Hackett do a very good job. You try to get a team to 500 with EJ. I think they have the whole team over achieving. Sad thing is, EJ overachieving means he throws for a TD ... to Watts.
Put Orton in ... draft a QB in the second round or trade up and have him learn on the bench.
