All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
I wasn't going to give any game balls for this week, but overall the defense played pretty well. One blown coverage, and one boneheaded play, but otherwise they held their own and then some.
Goats--
EJ---two very bad weeks in a row.
Hackett---piss-poor play design (or calls) at the end.
Rivers---Seriously? Tag him down, dumbass.
Oh, yeah...I'll actually give a game ball to Richardson for slamming on top of JJ Watt in the end zone, I like that, it showed some fire.

Goats EJ he's a dead man walking IMO
Interior OL Awful guards. Woods looks bad to but maybe it's because he's surrounded by garbage
Rivers what an idiot
Injuries
Balls : Fred Jackson (fierce, heart, poor fool ending up here), Dan Carpenter (at least someone is reliable)
Goats : Manuel (no explanation required), Marrone (the line guru starts a 343 lb previously inactive rookie in a zone blocking scheme against a team with JJ Watt?), Hackett (44 pass attempts vs 23 rushing attempts against a team that gave up 193 yards to the Giants on the ground ?) , Schwartz (gave up 268 yards in the air to Ryan Fitzpatrick who had no running game ? Fitzpatrick, the same Fitzpatrick he has ever been, accounted for 43 out of 61 offensive plays. They only had 18 plays for 23 yards without Fitzpatrick. Is that a good defense that lets Ryan Fitzpatrick generated 282 yards of offense ? I don't think so.)
