Let's jump ahead to Pegula's taking over the team. What would be his first big move?

I'm thinking first he'll fire Marrone & Company, EJ may be demoted or let go and his BIG splash may be bringing back Polian? Would you want Polian back running things as far as acquiring an upgrade in talent?
Let's Go Bills, make it happen!!!

He's gotta fire Whaley and the OC (obviously can't) Hackett

Coaching staff has to go first. Let Schwartz coach and hire a real NFL OC who has had success, not some booger eating child.

            Nothing until the off-season.
Polian is in his 70s, he's too old to bring back in anything other than a consultant position.
In January fire everyone even remotely associated with drafting EJ.

agreed that no one is touched until end of season, but it would be ballsy and an awesome sign if Kim and Terry cut brandon out. a little "you gouged us on the price, you got paid in the trust, we know the team's organizational structure sucks, you're done."

and it sends a pretty amazing results based message to everyone else. "perform, you stay. don't perform, we move on from you."

Remove Buddy Nix from any role he's still playing. Forbid anyone from consulting with him.

Assuming the team does not make the playoffs, first one out the door is Whaley, followed closely by the rest of the front office and coaching staff.

If they want to continue having training camp in Roch, then Brandon may survive, but only in a limited role related to regional marketing.

                      Nothing.

Business as usual for a season while he gets first hand knowledge of who's working under him.

                        there's only two options:

                        1) Everybody gets an other year (2015)

                        2) Everybody gets fired

There will be no sacrificial lamb (i.e. the OC) ... everyone stays, or they all go down.
