Stafford took over an 0/16 team. He played 10 games his rookie year and 3 his second season due to injury. When he stayed healthy in his 3rd year he had 41 tds and 16 ints. Nice terrible example. Wrong again.

You are wrong about EJ. You are wrong about developing a QB the same exact way regardless of the prospect. You are wrong about accuracy and your weak example is laughable. There's 50 examples of qbs who never get more accurate to any one flimsy qb you can try and coax yourself into believing it supports your argument. You are wrong about everything.
