That's a great move. They say that foundation is huge. It will be a great thing for Buffalo, and it's appropriate that it will be overseen by Ralph's family.

Does Ralph's daughter still with the team?

That's a difficult question to answer, since it really doesn't make any sense. LOL.

Anyway, let's face it...she could either have "stepped down" or got fired in awkward fashion.

I guess it's commendable to work towards charity and education, though. I gotta be honest. If I had that chunk of change in my pocket, you'd never see me lift a finger again to work towards anything. I may donate money, but I wouldn't work. I probably don't have to worry about such a scenario happening, however. My dad died recently too, but he did not have bottomless pockets.

Daughter of Bills’ owner Ralph Wilson Dies at 61.

April 30, 2009

It’s a sad day in Buffalo. A spokesman for the Bills confirmed today that Linda Bogdan (http://http//sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slug=ap-obit-bills-bogdan&prov=ap&type=lgns), vice president and assistant director of college and pro scouting for the Bills has died. She was 61.

Bogdan, the daughter of owner Ralph C. Wilson Jr., had been battling cancer and was the only active female scout in the NFL. She was with the Bills for 23 years and acted as corporate VP for 15.

Football was in Bogdan’s blood. She played touch football with her father and his friends and accompanied him to countless games. When her father bought the Bills in 1960 she went on sporatic scouting assignments and was officially on-board in 1986 when she told her father she was tired of “too many 2-14 seasons.” (A girl after my own heart)

Besides her father, Bogdan is survived by her two sisters; Christy Wilson Hoffman and Edith Wilson.

Also, we are obviously talking about Ralph's niece here.

And I guess she still did with the team until recently.
