Some of those swing passes as first option are quite pathetic, I'm OK with them if it's the 3rd read or as a result of a blitz, but those are an invitation to lose yards.

I just don't think Marrone will come to the decision on his own to fire Hackett. Marrone strikes me as a guy who is loyal to a fault.

This off-season Whaley needs to give Marrone no choice about firing Hackett.

I expect Marrone will quit and we will be looking for a new coach.

7-9 makes that easier to stomach than the false hope of a 8-8 record built on a no upside QB and a bunch of FAs and no #1 draft pick.

Marrone and Hackett both need to be fired. This team won today because the defense kept them in the game like usual.

Come to think of it ,I'm not sure if Hackett is the problem.

Maybe he's told to call "play not to lose " game plans by Marrone. Just like Jauron made his OCs to make conservative game plans.

The plays Hackett was calling late in the game, you would have thought the Bills were up by 20 rather than down by 6.

Hackett has definitely worn out his welcome. Marrone isn't looking great either though, for a guy who is supposed to be an OL specialist he sure has turned a decent line into absolute dog **** in less than two years.

I wish he would pick his OCs the way he's picked his DCs.

The worst point in the game for play selection came when we were down by 6, past the mid point of the 4th quarter, 2nd and 13 and they call a run up the middle. I wanted to throw something at the TV.

Hackett is so predictable. Watkins was getting open early, they gave home the ball, then they stopped going his way.

Our play calls consistent of run up the middle, run up the middle, pass or run up the middle, swing pass to RB, pass. Rinse and repeat. Our screen game is ****, and considering how much we run we rarely playaction.

If the Bills don't turn the ball over 3 times in Vikes territory, they most likely score at least 9 points, and they route the Vikings.

I don't think the play calling was the issue today as much as it was the fumbles.

Yea I thought the play calling was pretty good. It got a little safe and repetitive at a couple of points but it was well game planned.

Our offense is not one that will step on anyone's throat. Its conservative and if players can't execute offensively that's on the coaches especially when our HC is an offensive minded coach.

Schwartz has his D unit performing. Time for Marrone/Hackett to get their day side of the ball fixed.

Schwartz has had one off season to fix his unit. Marrone Hackett has had 2. If it wasn't for Orton, this O would've been worse.

Maybe. Seems they came in here advertising buzzsaw though and gave us plastic utensil. We'll find out now.
