Here is my take -
Tanner -- I'm a little bit surprised that he didn't dress as a special teamer last week. But heck he just walked in cold. Thought they worked in Mike Williams a couple of special team snaps. When Jackson returns, he's likely gone.
Kouandjio -- A project at this point. Probably Hairston's replacement next year.
Rivers -- A good special teamer. As a Bills fan, you got be happy that he's relegated to a backup because someone else (Preston Brown) pushed him down to that role.
Cockreill -- a little surprised that he's not able to contribute to special teams. The Bills are lucky that no CB is seriously injured (happened every year in the past) so far and he's not needed. It is far from a crime that he cannot unseat former first round picks Gilmore/Mckelvin and I don't see him playing nickel.
