He's done in Buffalo. If Marrone doesn't trust him to dress with his #1 as a game time decision, then Marrone will never trust him at all.

It's not just Marrone who doesn't trust Williams.

Nate Hackett said in a recent interview that a big reason why Mike Williams isn't playing is because he continuously runs the wrong routes in practices.

I think that means Williams hasn't bothered to learn the playbook much.

He has a ton of physical talent, but lacks the mental discipline to apply his talents on the field.

One of the reporter said during the open practice this week, Hackett had to go over twice with Williams because he ran wrong routes based on looks of defense etc. You don't want to see INTs because of that

I haven't seen that interview, but it would explain things. He'd better turn it around quick or he's getting that bigtime contract dumped.
