Hackett is something of a spaz.
He's the first guy you have to evaluate.
The only defense some people might try to employ is same old ****..."it was only the wrong call because it didn't work." Or "the players needed to execute." But there is obviously some kind of problem there. His billing as an innovative young OC just won't fly anymore. This guy is on the hotseat more than anyone IMO...or he should be.
