I said this 2 games ago, and i'll say it again. Hackett and Marrone have zero feel for the running game. I'm not a huge fan of their passing system, but i can see how it would work if you had an elite qb (orton doesn't have a good sense of timing with anyone in this offense). but i do condemn them for their complete lack of feel for the run game. they call runs at strange times, they have no feel for a power running attack of the momentum a power attack can give an offense. Simply put a lot of the offensive woes are on the coaching staff. (not all of them, but a good chunk of them)

They have to keep pressing Gordon at the line. We baited Hoyer into almost throwing two picks with the soft coverage and buzzing the LB underneath the slant to Gordon, but they won't keep going to that well. Press him and make him fight at the line.

Orton is trash today. Missing throws, missing reads, had Watkins deep but overthrew it. Woods is getting good releases off the line but Orton is looking at Hogan on a shallow cross that will be short of the first. On the Orton Int he just stared at Sammy, Woods was one on one underneath and had leverage on the DB.

OL is awful, we can't run block, I hate how Glenn is playing right now.
