I'm sure all owners hates guys who make 80 million guaranteed without worrying about ticket sales.

Apparently Terry Pegula doesn't care to sell his home games.

And I don't see other owners selling theirs, so....

This is what I have been saying since the "postponement" announcement.

Toronto has no interest in Buffalo Bills games in Toronto.

It is just an example of him making money for the owner. I would think it is much more likely to happen if the Toronto series didn't make money.

Well either way, now that the team is staying in Buffalo long-term we needed to cut that cord. It was a bull**** decision to begin with.

NFL owners make plenty of money without screwing their fans over by watering down their product by ****ing their fans out of home games. And Terry P knows that.

Russ doesn't give a damn. He was only worried about getting his head further up Ralph's ass.

Thank god. Let's try not to sell any more of our home games to other cities please.

$80MM over 5 years of the deal the first time, and he ***** renewed it with popular backlash, no one coming to the games, not helpful to the team, and presumable at a much bigger discount the second time around.

the only way it was helpful was if those few toronto tickets ended up as future season ticket holders.

he did it as a hedge to keep the toronto contingent buyers active, and take them for some money. it did not help the team.

there is zero defense of this move and even less so the second time he did it.

It was a terrible idea from the beginning.

In a related story, Russ Brandon was seen Christmas shopping for Aero bars at a Loblaws in Hamilton....

I don't know what those are, but I used to love Coffee Crisp bars.

Not knowing the Aero bar requires another trip up north.

I really don't like him either, but he rolled in the money on our junk teams in his day, and maybe it gave the franchise a breather over the years we had no lease, but made more money, and it would be good if he went back to being quiet behind the scenes guy with other, wiser people telling him what to do now.

Well, at least they still have "Pro" football, and "stronger" beer

Except that in my fridge right now I have:

Lost Coast 25th Anniversary Belgian ABV 8.8%
Boulevard Double-Wide IPA - ABV 8.5%
Stone Lucky Bastard - ABV - 8.5%
and my session beer Sierra Nevada Holiday wet hop IPA ABV - 6.8%

oh, by the way it's "ZEE"
and miles, feet, inches.
and your money is still funny.

I guess it's "cool" to blame Canada for not paying stupid prices to see a junk team.

At least they aren't paying 180 bucks a ticket to see a crap team lose. Haha, those dumb Canadians, eh ?

Um...

Yeah but no one wants to pay to watch two teams suck.

Hm. Never mind.
