Great game for him and the entire defense.

Going to be tough to keep Mario considering his upcoming cap hits.

Terry will find a way to restructure so everyone's happy.

It's not Terry's job to do so. I just hope our cap wizard can find a way to keep Hughes this offseason and like the chances with Terry as our owner as think it will mean the self imposed cap we been under Ralph has ended.

It isn't a matter of cap space, it's a matter of how much more money Peg's is going to be willing to dump into the team out of his own pocket on bonuses to keep these guys here. We're going to find out very quickly if having an owner with deep pockets is really going to make a difference.

Terry showed with the Sabres he'll give big money to guys like Myers and Ehroff and Leino. So I don't think we have to worry about him ponying up the funds it's more of us finding a way to do so that won't cripple us against the cap as we have other needs to fix too.

this entire defense just absolutely feeds off of one another in a scary good way - I mean, from DL, to LB to CB to Safety - we are good as hell with our starters, and seem to have incredible depth that always just seems to make plays when coming off the bench. Can't wait to get a healthy Kiko Alonso back next year - we literally can afford to draft nothing but OFFENSE!!! next year assuming we keep Hughes and extend Dareus.

No, but it's Terry's job to pay for it. And he will.

Hopefully we can use some of the Fitz/SJ13 dead money and can convince Mario to restructure his contract to keep Hughes around. In terms of Dareus I say let him play out his rookie deal and franchise him next offseason as needed.
