    Why are offensive players regressing?

OL. Glenn and Wood are having bad years. Henderson is not playing as well as he was earlier.

Spiller was a star under Gailey but is just anther guy now?

Orton started well but now just looks like a slow EJ.

Watkins shows flashes of being great then disapears for weeks.

Hackett and Morris have to go imo no matter what happens the next 2 weeks. A couple wins would save Marone if he's not already safe.

Oh - we haven't heard much lately from the crowd who threw stones at anyone who opined that Glenn wasn't the best LT out there, and that his best work might be done at Guard.

Our O line is playing horrible. They have all regressed this year and that points to coaching.

Orton definitely looks different now than he did in his first start.

Much of the offense looks different now than they did pre-Marrone.

thats the difference between good players and bad. good players can adapt when teams start figuring them out, bad players regress

It's not teams figuring us out. If it's just that it's because there's not much to figure out. Hackett is the issue

Everybody has a bad game, especially when going against one of the better rushers in the league.

Ask Joe Thomas. Better yet, call up Pettine and tell him Thomas needs to move to guard, because obviously Hughes proved he can't cut it at LT.

A chain is only as strong as it's weakest link. That's my explanation for the o line. Urbik had a bad game, too. many of the times that Orton was pressured, the o line was being pushed into Orton. These guys just arent as strong and athletic enough to stay with NFL d linemen. There isnt one o lineman playing well. Not one.

Miami completely retooled their o line after the bullying fiasco. Buffalo can do that, too.

Orton was throwing guys open in his first few starts. Now he can barely get the ball to guys who are wide open and often resorts to checking down to running backs.

The issues at OG are having an effect on both Glenn and Wood. As for Henderson he's probably suffering from rookie fatigue. This is more games than he's ever played in a single season before.

Spiller was a star under Gailey but is just anther guy now?
Spiller has struggled to fit in for two years now, not sure if that's coaching, scheme, or fit. Also we have a beyond terrible OL situation.

Orton started well but now just looks like a slow EJ.
That's what happens in the NFL when DC's get game film on a QB. They adjust and usually expose.

Watkins shows flashes of being great then disapears for weeks.
He's a rookie with horrid QB situation.

I think Morris goes but I doubt Hackett is leaving. We have as large talent issue at OL and that is the primary issue with our offense.

I'm torn on whether to expect Hackett to leave or not. Pegula seems like the kind of owner who isn't afraid to make changes.
