This seems like a player who fell through the cracks in Washington. I remember him being highly graded coming out as arguably one of the top 5 safeties in 2013.

He finished 4 years at Georgia with 16 INTs and returned them for a total of 293 yards and 3TDs. He also had a total of 6 FF.

This kid is a playmaker for sure and it will be interesting going forward to see if he takes snaps away from Duke and Searcy as he is a player with a lot of range.

I could see him getting in on 3rd down for now.

He was burnt toast on the Nelson drop. Yes he played good and had 2 picks (one of them a deflection). I'm holding my enthusiasm, however.

I live in the DC area amongst tons of Skins fans. Rambo was absolutely terrible for them. I texted every single buddy of mine to let them know about the 2 INTs he had. It was awesome.

Sign this guy now! Give him Byrd money!

I'll agree that he was highly touted coming out of college, and was surprised to hear he was even a FA when we signed him. Lets hope we can get another steal on this D.

Players can have one great game. Wait until he performs consistently before franchising him.

Terrible? He started 3 total games during his time there, the sample size is small. Hes still 24, so for now I'll simply be optimistic he can be a good role player.

I don't think we are talking about franchising anyone. Just about increasing his reps.

It's not like this kid was an undrafted player and lucked in to two picks. He clearly has ball skills and great instincts which resulted in 16 INTs for Georgia.

Graham said that was on him as Rambo had other responsibilities. The Bills do what the seahawks do and that is pass off WRs, but on that case the deep right side was his. Now Rambo did struggle in covering Cobbs on his one on one matchups with him so he has a ways to go, but safety might not be as much of an issue as we all thought. Duke was playing well as was Searcy and Rambo and Meeks have some potential.

Brian Dawkins helped Bacarri Rambo
“I was working out with Brian Dawkins,” said Rambo. “He was teaching me things, and giving me tips and advice to help me play faster once I got my chance.”

Rambo seems like a malcontent. Here's what he was quoted as saying "For me civilian life is nothing! In the field we had a code of honor, you watch my back, I watch yours. Back here there's nothing!"

Bacarri Rambo now has just as many interceptions against elite quarterbacks as Jairus Byrd, playing as Bills. Just sayin'...

I don't know what to expect from Rambo, but it's just nice to see a guy that was brought in late during the season make an impact. I didn't even know who our backup safety was when Duke went down. I expected them to have to move Graham over. Good for Rambo to step up and take advantage of a big opportunity, and nice signing by the front office.

I don't think the guy is stable. Here's what he had to say after the Packer game:

Rambo (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000230/?ref_=tt_trv_qu): Nothing is over! Nothing! You just don't turn it off! It wasn't my war! You asked me, I didn't ask you! And I did what I had to do to win! But somebody wouldn't let us win! And I come back to the world and I see all those maggots at the airport, protesting me, spitting. Calling me baby killer and all kinds of vile crap! Who are they to protest me? Who are they? Unless they've been me and been there and know what the hell they're yelling about!

Not to mention Marcus Thigpen. Him and Rambo were a huge part of this win, 2 good midseason pickups.

Increasing reps over who though? Everyone who's been playing ahead of him is better than him, when they are healthy.

How do you know that?

Rambo's credentials are actually more than those of Searcy and Duke. Rambo was a top safety coming out. I think Rambo actually has more range that both those guys.

Searcy is strong overall and I like what Duke has done also. I just think Rambo is a good option on 3rd down when he can rove and make plays.

Somebody just told me that his real last name is Fudge.

I could not make that up.

Fudge beats the Packers.

Redskins’ Bacarri Rambo’s name was once Goo Fudge

Redskins draft pick Bacarri Rambo didn’t always have a super awesome name. His mother’s maiden name was Fudge, so he was born Bacarri Fudge. But when Rambo was in grade school, his parents legally changed his last name to match his father, Danny Rambo.

“When people see the name ‘Rambo’ on the back of my jersey, they expect me to be a hard-nosed killer with a scarf around my head and paint under my eyes,” he told the AP in 2010. “If I was playing in the secondary and named Fudge, everybody would say I was soft. I went from being soft to being hard.“

I don't know about him being highly-rated. I think he was a good athlete, but the knock was inconsistent play and off-field issues. He failed multiple drug tests in college. Maybe he has matured, but it wasn't like he was a can't miss prospect.

Guy was a playmaker at Georgia.

He wasn't a first or second round pick prospect.

He was a third round guy. But he was seen as a top 5-7 safety in the draft. He was a playmaker though for sure...
