These pics are of the pipeline as it is coming out of the Brooks Range , the first montain range it crosses after leaving Prudhoe Bay.

There was a freak snow storm a few days ago, thus the reason the mountains are all covered. Sure is purdy!!

If you look closely in the background of the first picture, you'll be able to spot the largest thriving city in Alaska. Anchorage.

Gosh, such a small city. I guess we should all move up to Alaska to build more and make a really, big city!

They sentenced the native who shot the pipeline a few years ago to 13 years in prison :up:

Dude, it looks like you live in the middle of nowhere. Mind sharing a few more pics? Maybe a pic of like your town, a store...... lol :)

I just couldn't imagine living in Alaska.
