If, "Fix The Offense," is Terry and Kim Pegula's main goal for the Buffalo Bills in 2015, is this the way to go?

If the Pegula's do decide to clean house, I like Shanahan more than Cowher.

The Bills need an offense to say it politely.

Chicago is looking for offensive help as well.

Neither, Shanahan in Chicago would make some sense since he has a history with Cutler/Brandon Marshall. I can't see Cowher looking to come back to the NFL. To me this offseason the Bills need to fire at least our O-line coach, Jim Hostler (as not sure he did anything this year) and maybe Hackett. Though if we bring do fire Hackett the question who to replace him with? As it's easy to say X will be better but who's going to be available? Marty Mohrnhinweg or Tony Sparano? or do we bring in a current NFL QB coach with a good resume? Like Carl Smith? Yet he's buddy buddy with Carroll so he might not want to come here.

We need offense. We should bring back Mike Martz and his greatest show on turf, see if Warner and Faulk will come out of retirement, if not, dig up Jack Kemp from the ground and get OJ out of prison.

If he didn't retire from the NFL a few years ago it's not a bad thought as admit I had it myself as was searching for viable candidates.

I say bring in Bill Polian immediately, initially as a special consultant, to evaluate this mess from every angle. And I hope Polian would recommend firing Whaley and Marrone, and cutting Orton, before the ink was dry on his contract.

Should be an interesting off season.

I just hope Pegula gets to work IMMEDIATELY to clean up the mess that is the Bills.

Old has been coaches
New never done it coaches
Hot OC's
Hot DC's

Can someone tell me how any of those will matter if we don't have a real QB?

Why does this thread feel like 2009? Do I need to figure out where Cowher lives again? Please say no.

Just fire Hackett and get a hot college commodity offensive genius. Or norv turner or bill callahan. What's schottenheimer doing these days?

We need to get an OC with prior NFL experience.

We need a much better O-line coach.

We need to revamp the entire O-line.

I'd love to see Lou Holtz as head coach for no other reason than his pressers would be comedy gold.
