No way Atlanta lets Ryan go without a #1, at least.

The first question I would ask is whether or not he can play outside in December. I know he played College at BC, but there's a difference between being good outdoors in college and being good outdoors in the NFL. The guy has played in a dome for more than 50% of his games in the pros.

So, in a league where QBs are hard to find, they are going to trade a guy who has a career 64% completions, over 28,000 yards and a 181-to-91 TD-to-Int ratio.
And he is only 29 years old.
And they would have $26.4M in dead money in 2015 to make it happen.
For draft picks.
I call bull****.

The reason Atlanta may be able to attract a coach is because Ryan is there. They built their team based on his beting there, with Julio Jones and Roddy White to throw to and Jake Matthews to protect him. Nobody is going to take that job if they are going to deal their QB and start over from scratch.

They would never but I would be the happiest man if the Bills were able to pull that off.

Maybe. But we still have got sh@@ for protection. He'd be on his back the entire year

No way. Spend big on OL in free agency. **** everything else. Get your tight end and whatever else in the draft.

Not even a possibility but it's always nice to dream once in awhile.

Spotrac claims the dead money would be 34 million. Unless Matt Ryan pledges his support to Al Qaeda, there is no way they want to unload him that badly.

Interestingly, Brady did just restructure his contract today in such a way that the Pats could cut him rather painlessly.
Strange move.

See, this is yet another reason Whaley needs to be fired. We have nothing to bargain with. Our first round draft pick was foolishly dealt on a WR, despite the fact that we have NO QB.

The only way Matt Ryan ever leaves ATL is due to money.

Strange indeed. Brady's contract is now only guaranteed if he gets injured.

I'd give them Whaley, Marrone, Hackett, Manuel, an autographed picture of Kyle Orton and the Buffalo Jills. And Russ Brandon.
