Most Improved: Chris Hogan, honorable mention to Leodis McKelvin & Nigel Bradham
Offensive Player of the Year: Fred Jackson. Only 500 yards rushing but 1,000 yards of total offense. Freds quick recovery largely contributed to the winning season.
Defensive Player of the Year: Marcel Dareus
Most Likely Not to Be Back in 2015: Ron Brooks (hopefully)
Best Newcomer (Rookie or New Addition): Preston Brown
Best Play of 2014: Robert Woods one hand catch against the Jets. Honorable mention to the Mario Williams strip sack against Green Bay and Watkins last second TD against MIN.

Team MVP:D Doug Marone... first winning season in 10 years.
Most Improved: Chris Hogan. Go to guy din't always find the first down marker but was a solid contributor. I saw this in the preseason and his play continued to get better as the season wore on.
Offensive Player of the Year: Watkins. Didn't reach 1000 yards but if the ball was near him it was almost always a catch.
Defensive Player of the Year: Kyle Williams.
Most Likely Not to Be Back in 2015: Kyle Orton ;)
Best Newcomer (Rookie or New Addition): Watkins

Can't argue too much with that. Love Brown. Not as big a Hogan fan as you I guess.

I would add that Under-rated player of the year is Robert Woods. I want him & Watkins to get more targets next year.

We had two excellent rookies in Watkins & Brown. And a steady one in Henderson. A better draft than many of past Bills drafts. Cough. Tim Euhus. Cough. Erik Flowers. Cough. Ko Simpson. Cough. Perry Tuttle. Etc. etc. etc. ad nauseum.

I don't know that I am a Hogan fan but he was a practice squad guy a year ago. He made some very good plays for us this year.
