I watched Luke K really play his heart out this season for Carolina this season & dreamed what could of been. I know it seems silly but I pine for a even better LB core.

Would he have made a difference this year and how about next season ? It's almost like we missed a great a Center-fielder (using baseball terms) this year but boy he's coming back. How about it ??

If everything else stays the same, it's going to be interesting to see how he fits in this defense.

If the Jills were on the sidelines.....

well the undeniable weakness in the defense that teams took advantage of was the linebackers gullibility to play action... Kiko is definitely a better pass defender then anyone else in our LB crew. He also would have added speed and was a pretty good run stopper.

So it might have added a win... maybe against KC.

i don't know what more the defense could have done.

look at arians. the guy got to the playoffs in a tough division with journeyman qbs. he was the real deal as a head coach. not marrone.

With as many opportunities as this defense gave the offense to score, I doubt a few more would have made a significant difference given how terrible the offense was. I think with Kiko out, it allowed Brown and Bradham to become much better football players. Bradham has emerged and Brown got valuable playing time. I think Brown is the one who sits in favor of Kiko and will move to the inside to split time with Spikes.

We'd be in the playoffs if Kiko can play QB.

There were enough close games where Kiko could have made a difference. Feels like he was great at getting turnovers, which are crucial on defense. Even with a pathetic offense we won 9 games, getting even 1-2 more turnovers in the right places could have won us another game or so.

Are the injured players for our opponents also back on the field in this scenario?

Kiko might have been able to make a play or two that could have swung the Houston or Chiefs game in our favor but it's hard to say as on the whole our LB play was above average all season.

Yes & you can reincarnate anybody from the past.

If Kiko were healthy I don't know if Bradham gets much playing time and I thought he had a great season.

I think Bradham was our best LB this season followed by Brown and than Spikes.

Nope. Aaron Schatz of football outsiders was asked this before and squashed it pretty quickly.

No.

What more did the defense need to do? What game did this defense specifically lose?
