If my theory pans out the Bills would be vastly different and improved!

Frank Reich as the Assistant HC, OC being able to educated EJ, otherwise he might not come without the titles and San Diego might not let him. He would be in line to replace Rex down the road should that be necessary. Plus this would be the opportunity to learn under Rex and assume the HC position eventually. That might appease Whaley on having the HC take EJ under his wings but it would be a former QB of the Bills which would make more sense. We need to keep improving the defense and that means keeping Jim Schwartz as the DC for a number of years hopefully! Crazy, maybe but I don't think so.
