If it were up to little me, I'd hire Darrell Bevell.

He would fix the Bills offensive line, improve the run game, and open up the passing game by being able to run.

Darrell Bevell is excellent with the media, and articulate. Very calm, even-keeled kind of guy.

After watching about a minute of the video, I get the impression that him and Nate Hackett would be like two peas in a pod.

After watching Bevell handle, the "How would you describe Marshawn to people?" question a little over 5 minutes in, I was sold.

I'd go with Jackson, Bevell or Hamilton, each of them with reservations. I'd not be upset any with Reich.

I'm having issues this time around without a favorite (when they hired Marrone I wanted Arians). Looks like a big field of crapshoot maybes to me.
